You can return your order within 14 days after receiving.

SALE items + earrings can not be returned.

The refund will be processed after we received your return.

Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.

You will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout.

TARA JEWELS is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We are not responsible for paying any duty or taxes that may arise from shipping. it is the customers obligation to pay forward.

DAMAGES/FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival if the product is deemed as defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact customer service with your name, order number and a photo of the faulty item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
